Facebook Ads Integration & ads_read Permission
When you connect your Facebook Ads account, we request the ads_read permission. This permission allows us to:
- Read campaign performance data: Ad spend, impressions, clicks, click-through rates, cost per click, and cost per thousand impressions
- Access purchase conversion data: Number of purchases tracked by your Facebook Pixel
- Fetch historical data: Quarterly and custom date range analysis of your ad performance
- Display ad account information: Your ad account names and IDs
We use this data to:
- Display your campaign performance metrics in our dashboard
- Calculate Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) by dividing ad spend by purchases
- Provide quarterly and historical trend analysis
- Generate business intelligence insights about your marketing ROI
What We Do NOT Do:
- We do NOT create, modify, or delete your Facebook ads or campaigns
- We do NOT access personal information of your Facebook ad audiences
- We do NOT share your Facebook data with any third parties
- We do NOT use your data for our own advertising purposes
- We do NOT store audience data or targeting information
Your Control: You can disconnect your Facebook Ads account at any time from our Marketing Settings page, or revoke access directly from Facebook Business Integrations.
Google Ads Integration & adwords Scope
When you connect your Google Ads account, we request the https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords scope. This scope allows us to:
- Read campaign performance data: Ad spend, impressions, clicks, click-through rates (CTR), cost per click (CPC), and cost per thousand impressions (CPM)
- Access conversion metrics: Number of conversions and conversion values tracked by your Google Ads account
- Fetch campaign details: Campaign names, status, budget information, and advertising channel types
- Retrieve account information: Your Google Ads Customer ID and account details
We use this data to:
- Display your campaign performance metrics in our dashboard
- Calculate Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and marketing ROI
- Provide date-range analysis and historical trend reporting
- Generate business intelligence insights about your advertising effectiveness
What We Do NOT Do:
- We do NOT create, modify, or delete your Google Ads campaigns, ad groups, or ads
- We do NOT change your bids or budgets
- We do NOT access personal information of your ad audiences or customer lists
- We do NOT share your Google Ads data with any third parties
- We do NOT use your data for our own advertising purposes
- We ONLY perform read operations using Google Ads Query Language (GAQL) SELECT statements
Important Note: While the adwords scope technically grants read/write permissions, our application uses it exclusively for read-only access. The Google Ads API does not provide a read-only alternative scope for accessing campaign data.
Your Control: You can disconnect your Google Ads account at any time from our Marketing Settings page, or revoke access directly from Google Account Permissions.
PayPal Integration & Login with PayPal
When you connect your PayPal account using "Log in with PayPal," we request the following permissions:
- openid: Authenticate your PayPal identity
- email: Access your PayPal email address
- profile: Access your name associated with your PayPal account
We use this data to:
- Identify your account when you log in via PayPal
- Display your PayPal email in your integration settings
- Receive payment notifications via PayPal webhooks to automate workflows
- Automatically allocate incoming payments using Profit First methodology
- Attribute payments to the correct client projects
What We Do NOT Do:
- We do NOT initiate or process payments on your behalf
- We do NOT access your PayPal balance or transaction history beyond webhook notifications
- We do NOT store your PayPal password
- We do NOT share your PayPal data with any third parties
- We do NOT transfer money from your PayPal account
Your Control: You can disconnect your PayPal account at any time from our Integration Settings page, or revoke access directly from PayPal Account Permissions.
How We Store Your Information
- Tokens and sensitive data are stored securely in our database (Supabase) with encryption at rest
- Access tokens are refreshed as required to maintain integration functionality
Sharing of Information
- We do not share your information with third parties except as necessary to provide our services (e.g., sending requests to APIs you connect)
- We may share information if required by law or to protect our legal rights
Revoking Access
You may disconnect integrations at any time:
- Inside your dashboard settings
- You can also revoke access directly from third-party providers:
Data Deletion
You have the right to request deletion of your data at any time. We provide multiple ways to delete your data:
Processing Time: Data deletion requests are typically processed within 30 days. You will receive confirmation once your data has been deleted.
