How to request deletion of your data

At Own Your Greatness Now, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data. You can request deletion of your data at any time, and we will process your request promptly.

How to Request Data Deletion

You have multiple options to delete your data from our systems:

Option 1: Disconnect Integrations

Log into your account and go to Marketing Settings or your integration settings page. Click the "Disconnect" button next to any connected service (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Stripe, QuickBooks, etc.).

This immediately removes our access to your data and stops all data syncing.

Option 2: Revoke Access from Third-Party Platforms

You can revoke our app's access directly from the platforms you connected:

Option 3: Request Complete Account and Data Deletion

To request complete deletion of your account and all associated data, please email us at:

Subject Line: Data Deletion Request

Include in your email: Your account email address and any specific data you want deleted

What Data Will Be Deleted?

When you request data deletion, we will remove:

  • Your account credentials and profile information
  • OAuth access tokens for connected integrations (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, etc.)
  • Cached data from third-party services
  • Analytics and usage data associated with your account
  • Any projects, tasks, or client information stored in our system

Note: Deleting data from our system does not delete data from third-party services (Facebook, Google, Stripe, etc.). You must manage that data directly with those platforms.

Processing Timeline

Immediate: Disconnecting integrations or revoking access takes effect immediately.

30 Days: Complete account deletion requests are processed within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted.
