Quick Start

Install the App

Find Founder Command System in the GoHighLevel Marketplace and click Install

Connect Your Account

Log in to Founder Command System and navigate to ClientClose → Integrations

Authorize Connection

Click "Connect GoHighLevel" and authorize Founder Command System to access your GHL data

Start Tracking

Leads will automatically sync in real-time via webhooks!

Detailed Setup Instructions

Step 1: Access Founder Command System

Visit foundercommandsystem.com and log in with your account.

Step 2: Navigate to ClientClose

From your dashboard, click on "ClientClose" in the navigation menu.

Step 3: Open Integrations

Click the "Integrations" tab to view all available platform connections.

Step 4: Connect GoHighLevel

Find the GoHighLevel card and click "Connect GoHighLevel". You'll be redirected to authorize the connection.

Step 5: Authorize Access

Select the location you want to connect and authorize Founder Command System to access:

  • Contacts (read and write)
  • Opportunities (read)
  • Location info (read)

Step 6: Import Existing Leads (Optional)

After connecting, you can import your existing contacts by clicking "Import Leads" on the GoHighLevel card.

Webhook Events

Founder Command System automatically syncs these events from GoHighLevel:

Contact Created

New contacts are automatically imported as leads

Contact Updated

Contact changes sync to lead records

Contact Deleted

Deleted contacts are removed from leads

Opportunity Events

Created, updated, or deleted opportunities sync pipeline data

Task Activity

Tasks increase lead scores (+5 created, +10 completed)

Note Created

Updates last activity timestamp

Troubleshooting

Connection shows "Not Connected"

Make sure you completed the OAuth authorization. Try disconnecting and reconnecting.

Leads not syncing in real-time

Webhooks may take a few seconds. Check that the app is installed in your GHL location.

Import failed

Verify your connection is active in the Integrations tab. Try reconnecting if needed.

Missing location data

Ensure you selected a location during OAuth authorization.
