Connect ActiveCampaign with Founder Command System
ActiveCampaign excels at email marketing and automation. Founder Command System enhances it by adding cross-platform lead intelligence and revenue tracking.
In ActiveCampaign, go to Settings → Developer and copy your API URL and API Key
Log in and navigate to ClientClose → Integrations
Click "Connect with API Key" on the ActiveCampaign card and paste your credentials
Contacts and events will automatically sync bi-directionally
Note: ActiveCampaign uses API Key authentication (not OAuth). Your API Key acts as your password - keep it secure and never share it publicly.

Log into your ActiveCampaign account and navigate to get your API credentials:
Visit suite.scalewithruth.com and log in with your account.
From your dashboard, go to ClientClose → Integrations to view all available connections.
Find the ActiveCampaign card and click "Connect with API Key". Enter your credentials:
Click "Connect" and wait for verification. If successful, you'll see a green "Connected" status.
Click "Test Connection" to verify everything is working. Create a test contact in ActiveCampaign to confirm data syncs correctly.
The integration syncs the following data between platforms:
ActiveCampaign contacts sync as leads with full attribution data
Tags and list memberships sync to segment your leads
Deal values and stages sync for revenue tracking
Retention risk scores push to ActiveCampaign for automation triggers
Payment and subscription events sync for lifecycle automations
Automatically trigger re-engagement emails when client health scores drop below threshold.
Segment contacts by lifetime value and create VIP nurture sequences.

Ensure you completed the OAuth flow. Try disconnecting and reconnecting from Settings → Integrations.
Check that sync is enabled for your selected lists. New contacts should appear within 30 seconds.
Verify field mapping in your sync settings. Field types must be compatible (text to text, number to number).
Contacts are matched by email address. Ensure emails are consistent across both platforms.
